Corporate insiders are senior officers (Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, etc.), directors and 10% owners.  They manage the company and understand its operation.  Hence, no one is better able to judge the company's health and future prospects better that insiders.

When corporate insiders are using their own money to buy the company's stock, you can be sure of one thing.  They believe the price of the stock will go up.  There is no other logical reason. Period. End of story.

So follow their lead and you may profit just like they do.  This is a simple, no-brainer, hassle-free way to create wealth.
